Automation Titan ("we", "us", "our") operates a white-label AI business operating system that digital marketing agencies use to deliver automation, CRM, WhatsApp messaging, AI agents, websites and related services to their own clients. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect information when you use our platform, website, or related services (collectively, the "Service").

This policy applies to agency partners ("Agency Users") who license our platform, and to the end clients ("Sub-Account Users") whom Agency Users onboard onto the platform. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, billing address, and payment details provided during signup.
• Client Data: Information that Agency Users and their clients input into the platform — including lead names, contact numbers, email addresses, CRM notes, appointment data, and transaction records.
• Communication Data: WhatsApp messages, email content, and SMS content sent or received through the platform's communication tools, used to deliver the automation services you configure.
• Usage Data: Log data, IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and feature usage analytics.

3How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including CRM, WhatsApp automation, AI agents, website/funnel hosting, and billing.
• Process transactions and send related information including confirmations and invoices.
• Respond to customer service requests and support needs.
• Send administrative information, including updates to our terms, conditions, and policies.
• Personalize your experience and deliver content relevant to your business niche.
• Improve our Service, develop new features, and conduct analytics.
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or security incidents.

4WhatsApp & Messaging Data

Our platform integrates with the official Meta WhatsApp Business API and other messaging channels. When you or your clients use these features:

• Messages sent and received are processed to deliver automated responses, AI agent replies, and broadcast campaigns as configured by the Agency User.
• We comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform policies and data handling requirements.
• Message content may be temporarily processed by AI models to generate automated responses, in accordance with Section 5 below.
• Agency Users are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from their end-clients' contacts before sending marketing or broadcast messages, in compliance with applicable anti-spam laws (e.g., TCPA in the US, PECR in the UK, IT Act in India).

5AI Processing & Data Training

Our platform uses artificial intelligence (including large language models) to power AI Agents, content generation, and automated responses.

• Data submitted for AI processing (such as knowledge base content, FAQs, and conversation history) is used solely to generate responses for your account and is not used to train AI models for other customers.
• We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our own platform features and AI model performance.
• You retain ownership of your business data uploaded for AI training purposes (e.g., "AI Brain" knowledge base).

6Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service Providers: Cloud hosting, payment processors (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal), email/SMS delivery providers, and AI model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google) who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.
• Meta Platforms, Inc.: For WhatsApp Business API functionality, subject to Meta's own privacy policy.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice provided to affected users.

7Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Service, remember your preferences, and analyze usage patterns. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect Service functionality.

8Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA / DPDP)

10Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Upon account termination, data is retained for up to 90 days before deletion, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

11International Data Transfers

As we serve customers in India, the United Kingdom, the United States, and globally, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable for EU/UK data transfers.

12Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

13Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
